Physicians and Medical Managers with a membership in Kane County Medical Society have had user accounts already created. Please don't create a new account, we will be sending your login information shortly.

In order to create an account at Kane County Medical Society you must provide a username and a unique email address for your account. If you use an email already in our system it will be rejected as a duplicate. You may apply for a role as either a medical manager, physician, or vendor, which will be approved by an administrator.
