OSHA Training Workshop
Two-hour OSHA Training Workshop will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at the Colonial Cafe in St. Charles from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This two-hour workshop, led by an OSHA compliance specialist, will provide an overview of hazards in the healthcare industry, OSHA requirements for physician offices, emergency action plans, hazard communication, bloodborne pathogens and personal protective equipment. OSHA requires that all healthcare employers maintain a written Exposure Control Plan and that this plan along with the newest technology be reviewed, and that training is repeated annually.
The program cost is $25 for KCMS/ISMS members and their staff; $50 for non-members and their staff. Lunch is included. Please fill out a separate registration form for each attendee.
