A Letter to Congress on ICD-10 from ISMS

On June 17, 2015 ISMS sent a letter to every member of Congress addressing the transitional issue for every physician to ICD-10 on October 1, 2015. The letter is requesting that members of Congress considering a two-year transitional period in order for every physician to adjust to ICD-10 and lessen the effect on practices.
