Each KCMS Member may bring 1 guest free of charge. Additional guests $65.

I am a practice manager of a KCMS Member.
4. Non-Member Physician Considering Membership
The fee is waived for any physician who is interested in membership.
5. Non-Member Physician – $65.00
I am a physician but currently not a member of KCMS/ISMS.
6. Additional Guests – $65.00

The 2016 KCMS Annual Meeting and Business Reception is Thursday, November 10 at the Royal Fox Country Club in St. Charles. The cocktail reception begins at 5:30 pm with cocktails and appetizers being served during the Business Reception. Dinner will follow with featured guest speaker IL State Senator Karen McConnaughay who will update the audience on what's happening down in Springfield. Meeting will conclude at approximately 8:30 pm.

All KCMS Members and Practice Managers are invited to attend. Each KCMS Member may bring 1 guest. Non-member physicians are always welcome to attend. Fee for Non-Member Physicians and additional guests-$65 Fee is waived for any Non-Member Physician who is interested in membership.
